LIfe is hard. Some of the challenges we face are quite a lot to deal with. But many allow their hardships to break them and make them bitter in life. Joseph recognized God's hand in his situation, trusting in God despite being sold in to slavery by his own brothers. This message of "loving our enemies" can really make us better, not bitter, if we trust God as Jospeh. It's time we have a foretaste of the blessings to come in the next life. Let's experience the peace which surpasses all understanding right here and right now by trusting that God is with us, even in hardships, and they will help us grow closer to Him.
