God has given you a gift to build up His Church. Don't compare yourself and your abilities to that of others. Everyone is unique and important. At the same time, don't compare and compete with God. This sermon explains more as we seek unity with each other and unity with God to live empowered by the Holy Spirit to live life abundantly.
You have been blessed so that you may be a blessing to others. As God has empowered you with blessings, empower one another with your God-given blessings! Speak life to one another. Use your words to build up the people of God and to encourage the unbeliever. Empower one another for the glory of God!
For living a life of spiritual abundance, empowered by the Holy Spirit, we have to be willing to take risks. Following Jesus means risking everything. The Shepard calls His sheep. Will you listen to His voice or will you get distracted with the wolf in the bush? He wants to lead you to safety. Will you go? Will you follow? Will you risk it all?
In order to experience the transforming power of the empowerment give by The Holy Spirit, we must be pliable - shapable and moldable. We cannot care what others think. We must be obedient to God. When we let go and let God shape us in to the image He desires for us, we will live life abundant!
