What will heaven be like? Jesus talked about it using parables but what do they mean? Is there something more that we have yet to learn?
Though we may have victories on this earth by being loyal to God, we will also face hardships. The problem is that some people really struggle with the "hardships" part, even though God is there on their side. Listen today and be encouraged! He has not left you! He has not forsaken you!
David defeated a giant. It wasn't his own ability, nor was it his weaponry or skill. So what was it that made David so successful in slaying the giant? What can we do in order to slay the giants that we will face in our life?
In a time when so many are carrying a heavy burden, I want to remind you that we are not meant to carry it all on our own. If you are facing hardships right now, I encourage you to hear this sermon. In fact, I insist you listen! You see, you weren't meant to carry that load of depression, oppression, stress, anxiety, heartache, etc. on your own. In this sermon, we will discuss what Jesus meant and how we can apply His very words to our lives in all our hardships, when He said, “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.” - Matthew 11:28-30
If I could ask you to listen to just one sermon, this is the one. This one was for me. I believe it was for someone else as well... I don't ask you to listen to it because it is anything great that I have done, but because it is a message that we all need to hear - we have the freedom to be engulfed in a great love affair with The Father....
