It's interesting that Phillip got supernaturally caught up in The Spirit and sent to another place, but what is more interesting is that He was caught up in The Spirit to reach out to a ceremonially unclean, otherwise outcast who might not normally be accepted in the family of God, and He shared the Good News of Jesus with Him and right then and there, baptized him and welcomed Him as a child of God. Listen to this sermon this week and discover the thought provoking idea of chipping away at all our religious borders and allowing the Holy Spirit to invade our heart, making it a reality of being caught up in The Spirit, in full submission to Him. There is no telling where you might get caught up and placed!
Are you playing it too safe? Does your righteousness equate to self-righteousness? Have you examined yourself lately to assure that you truly are in the faith? We will examine this and more in this sermon.
Do you seek a greater joy in life, but experience spiritual stagnation or dryness? Join me in worship of our Savior as I address this topic in this sermon.
